If you don’t have the time or means to bring us your lap­top or PC to get repaired then you’ve found the solution.

Our spe­cial­ist on-the-road tech­ni­cians will come to wher­ever you are — home or work — to col­lect your com­puter. You will be required to com­plete a form which you will get a copy of. The tech­ni­cian will bring the com­puter to our work­shop, get it repaired then drop it back to you ASAP!

How long will it take?

Good ques­tion. Col­lec­tion and prob­lem diag­no­sis is nor­mally com­pleted within a few hours. We will then get in con­tact with you to dis­cuss repair and re-delivery options. Most cus­tomers get their repairs back the next day.

Some­times it takes longer with more com­pli­cated repairs, repairs that don’t go to plan or repairs that require parts that we don’t cur­rently have in stock. Our technician(s) will stay in touch with you througout any changes to your repair pro­ce­dure in order to keep you updated with a timeline.

Hard to answer. It depends mainly on the repair required. It also depends on your loca­tion and the time­frame you need the repair com­pleted in.
