With this service we constantly monitor the health of your server and your workstations. Should you have a problem one of our technicians will call you to get permission to dial into your systems remotely, and start fixing the issues. This helps avoid system downtime to keep your staff operating efficiently. If your problem requires an engineer visit we aim to be on site within 4 working hours (9–5 Mon — Sat). Pay as you go IT support
With our pay as you go IT support service you have no monthly or annual fees. If you have a problem you simply call your dedicated account manager to arrange for a technician to dial into your system remotely, or to arrange an on site engineer visit.
