With this ser­vice we con­stantly mon­i­tor the health of your server and your work­sta­tions. Should you have a prob­lem one of our tech­ni­cians will call you to get per­mis­sion to dial into your sys­tems remotely, and start fix­ing the issues. This helps avoid sys­tem     down­time to keep your staff oper­at­ing effi­ciently. If your prob­lem requires an engi­neer visit we aim to be on site within 4 work­ing hours (9–5 Mon — Sat). Pay as you go IT support

With our pay as you go IT sup­port ser­vice you have no monthly or annual fees. If you have a prob­lem you sim­ply call your ded­i­cated account man­ager to arrange for a tech­ni­cian to dial into your sys­tem remotely, or to arrange an on site engi­neer visit.
