Conceptex initially installed our computer network and have since added various components including a server, networked printers and additional security hardware with very little down time for our office and with excellent results.
We also take advantage of the remote computer support. Which i can highly recommend, as it offers minimum disruption and interference whilst sorting out problems quickly.

I went in to Conceptex as my laptop screen had stopped functioning. I was vaguely aware of what the problem might be but the guys there identified it the day after I took my laptop in, and before doing the work rang me to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. This was important to me as being a student I needed to know the exact price, but they were fair and honest and there were no hidden costs. They ordered the piece I needed and it took just over a week for it to arrive and be delivered, after which I was called again to let me know the repair was done, and I paid upon collection.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the communication between the store and me, it was something you just can’t get from larger companies like p.c world. And I will certainly return if I have another computer problem.

These guys rock! I was referred here by PC World Tech Guys. Yeah, they actually said “go to the place down the road here”. They got my laptop sorted right out! The hinge was broken, the lid was buggered and the case was cracked. I can’t believe how cheap it was! It came to £75 including everything, and was ready 2 days after I took it in! The staff are great too, we had a laugh & they said to write here if I wanted. Way to earn a reputation guys, thumbs up!

The service I got at Conceptex was extremely quick and efficient. My laptop came back as good as new. They do a diagnosis for £15 and then tell you what needs to be done and for what cost, so you can make your own decision. In other words no surprise charges. I will definitely use Conceptex again ahould the need arise.
