With technology becoming more and more popular and computers being increasingly integral to modern day life, everyone has a so-called “expert” friend.

Recently we’re finding that a growing number of people are consulting their “expert” friend, who’s “in the business” and an “IT professional”. Ironically, they still have to come to a proper shop (that’s where we come in) to get the problem sorted. 95% of the time, things are made far worse by the so-called professionals having a go themselves. [Eg: someone takes a laptop apart themselves and ends up rounding screws, breaking eyelets, cracking plastics, snapping cables and loosing parts.]

So — forget your “expert” friend and come and consult the real professional engineers.

Remember — being a professional in the IT industry is NOT the same as being a professional, experienced IT technician, engineer and laptop specialist.
Being in the “IT industry” can count as just about anything, and doesn’t mean that they know how to properly repair computers and laptops — especially virus problems and hardware problems.
